The 43-year-old actress, who has previously appeared nude in romantic comedy "Wanderlust", opted for a body replacement for the "We Are...." that also stars stars Ed Helms, Emma Roberts and Jason Sudeikis, reported Contactmusic.
The shoot took place at North Carolina.
The body double was seen taking Aniston's place in one part of the film in which she runs out of a smoking building in her underwear clutching the clothes previously worn by the star.
Aniston recently said that she suffers nerves ahead of doing a nude shoot in a movie.
"There was a little bit of nerves, but adrenaline takes you through it. And then, you have the girls come in and cover you up, immediately," she said.
