Singer Jennifer Hudson has paid a heartfelt tribute to her late mother Darnell Donaldson on her 66th birth anniversary.
The 35-year-old singer has shared an emotional quote from her mother, who was along with brother Jason and seven-year-old nephew Julian King, horrifically murdered by her sister's estranged husband William Balfour in 2008, to recognise her milestone.
Sharing a picture of Donaldson on Instagram, Hudson wrote: "Today would have been my late mothers 66th bday! In her words 'If you think you've seen it all just keep on living'."
This comes just three months after Hudson donated school supplies to under-privileged kids in honour of her late nephew Julian on what would have been his 15th birthday.
