The 43-year-old American Idol judge is playing an expecting mother in "What to Expect When You're Expecting" and she said that in real life she does not ask advice from others and prefers to keep to herself, reported Showbizspy.
"I know I am going to get that question a lot because of this movie but I am really not one for advice. I have got so much advice over the years and it can drive you mad. In the end I think it is just best to listen to yourself and also not give advice to others," she said.
Lopez, who separated from singer Marc Anthony a year ago, is presently dating 25-year-old back up dancer Casper Smart, wishes to share a joint legal and physical custody of her twins with Anthony. PT GJS JCH
