"Zero Dark Thirty" star Jessica Chastain is reportedly set to star in Guillermo Del Toro's "Crimson Peak" alongside Emma Stone, Charlie Hunnam and Benedict Cumberbatch.
The Oscar-nominated actress is reportedly in negotiations with Toro to star in his new thriller, reported Contactmusic.
Legendary Pictures are to produce and help finance the film with Universal Pictures and production is to begin in February 2014.

The filmmaker penned the script with his writing partner Matthew Robbins and recently hired Lucinda Coxon, who wrote "The Crimson Petal and The White", to rework his draft.
Chastain has only committed herself to Liv Ullmann's "Miss Julie" following the success of "Zero Dark Thirty" - in which she played real life CIA agent Maya - but she has also been linked to the role of Jane in David Yates' remake of "Tarzan".
She can next be seen alongside James McAvoy in Ned Benson's "The Disappearance of Eleanor Rigby", due for release later this year.
