Jet Airways today said it would submit the September quarter results to stock exchanges by December 14 since it has adopted new accounting standards.
The full service carrier has adopted the Indian Accounting Standards (Ind-AS).
Under Sebi norms, it is required to submit the quarterly financial results to the bourses within 45 days of the end of a particular quarter.

The airline also said that the board meeting for the approval of results for the September quarter is proposed to be held on or before December 14.
Shares of Jet Airways closed flat at Rs 589.35 on the BSE.
