Private carrier Jet Airways announced today it has entered into a reciprocal code-share pact with Vietnam's national carrier, Vietnam Airlines, to enable passengers of the two airlines seamless travel between the two countries.
The code-sharing would provide more choice for air travellers between India and Vietnam, with convenient connections over international gateways of Singapore and Bangkok, Jet Airways said in a release.
Code-sharing allows an airline to book its passengers on its partner carriers and provide seamless transport to multiple destinations where it has no presence.
