Full service carrier Jet Airways Tuesday announced to start daily direct flight from Bhopal to Delhi and back from October 28.
The Delhi flight will take-off at 9.50 AM and reach Bhopal at 11.40 AM. On the way back, the flight will depart from Bhopal at 12.05 PM and will reach Delhi at 1.55 PM, an official release quoting Jet Airways' assistant station manager, Sayyed Kumail, said.
The state government is making constant efforts to enhance number of flights from Bhopal to various destinations. Even city residents have launched campaign #SupportBhopalForAirConnectivity for the purpose.

Mumbai: In a move that can potentially benefit 21 lakh small businesses, Bank of Baroda will offer loans at lower rate of interest to those with better Cibil MSME Rank (CMR).
The CMR uses machine learning algorithms to predict the probability of an MSME becoming non performing asset in the next 12 months, a Cibil statement said.
The state-run lender also increased its marginal cost of funding based lending rate by 0.05 per cent today.
********************** ICICI Bank to up women SHG exposure to Rs 2,300 cr by Mar 2020
Mumbai: ICICI Bank today said it is aiming to increase its exposure to women self help groups (SHGs) to Rs 2,300 crore by March 2020, from the present Rs 1,750 crore.
The number of women beneficiaries will go up to 20 lakh, from the present 15 lakh, its senior general manager and head of rural and inclusive banking group, Avijit Saha, said.
SHG is a term used for a group of 10-20 less privileged women, primarily from rural and semi urban areas, who pool resources on a periodic basis and use this money for income generating activities, a release said.
