Two unidentified persons shot a bullet at Sonu Chaudhary, who was on way to his Labour colony residence after closing his shop, and escaped with the bag, SP City Dilip Srivastava told reporters.
Local residents rushed Chaudhary to district hospital, where his condition was stated as critical, he said.
