JGLS graduates get internship, job opportunities at top firms

The graduating batch of Jindal Global Law School (JGLS) this year has found internship and job opportunities with leading law firms, corporates, senior counsels, think-tanks, start-ups, and public policy organisations, among others.

A statement from the O P jindal Global University said the students from the law school have found opportunities to pursue global legal internships in the United States, the United Kingdom, China, Australia and Abu Dhabi.

"The notable ones added this year include Australia's leading corporate and IP law firm Mitry Lawyers, and Attorney General's Department (AGD) of Australia," the release said.

"This is a wonderful opportunity for practical learning of global regulatory practice for JGLS students. The international exposure will help provide our students with an in-depth understanding of international laws and justice framework." founding Vice-Chancellor of O P Jindal Global University, C. Raj kumar said.
 

The international internships at JGLS include the leading US international law firm, White and Case at their London and Abu Dhabi offices, the Supreme Court of State of Hawaii in Honululu (USA) and Zhicheng Public Interest Law Firm in Beijing, China.

The release also said over 115 leading firms have now signed up for recruitments through the University organised recruitment process.
