Jharkhand Chief Minister Raghubar Das today said that the priority of the people's representatives should be development of their areas.
He said that their aim should be to raise people's issues in the state Assembly and implement government schemes in their respective areas.
Releasing a book authored by BJP MLA Biranchi Narayan, the chief minister said besides questions and answers in the Assembly, transparency is necessary in democracy and lauded Narayan for the book.

Narayan said that people should know important issues raised in the state Assembly and that was the objective behind publishing the book.
