Greeting the people of the state, Munda said some concrete decision taken by his government during the last two years has given Jharkhand a direction to achieve all round development despite several hurdles ahead.

Stating that the Gross Domestic Production (GDP) was based on industrial production rather than taking the actual growth including the rural pockets, Munda said his government has plans to review the development of the state based on the actual development of each panchayat in the state.

Emphasis should be given to register growth in all sectors including agriculture, education, health and infrastructure, he said while admitting that there was a gap between supply and demand in all sectors in the country.

About the demand for 28:28 months rotation of power with its coalition partner JMM, the Chief Minister said he would respond to it "at an appropriate time."
