Opting to bat at the JSCA International Stadium Complex, Jharkhand amassed 556 for nine declared and then bowled out Hyderabad for 455 to take a healthy 101-run first-innings lead.
At stumps on the fourth and final day, Hyderabad were seven for no loss in reply to Jharkhand's second-innings total of 189 for four declared.
