Jharkhand girls meet Nagaland, UP boys clash with SPSB

Jharkhand girls will meet Nagaland while Uttar Pradesh boys will clash with Steel Plant Sports Board (SPSB) in the team event finals at the 35th National Sub-Junior Archery Championship, here tomorrow.

In the girls' team event, Manipur defeated Haryana 6-2 while Himachal Pradesh lost to Assam 3-5 in the boys' section to settle for bronze.

The final of the boys individual event was all Services Sports Control Board (SSCB) as its archers Atul Verma and N Jemson Singh will take on for the gold medal while Jharkhand's Bir Singh Purty and Akhil Choudhary will fight for the bronze tomorrow.

The girls' individual section will witness G Pranitha of Telengana locking horn with Prachi Singh of Jharkhand for the gold medal while Manisha Hembrom (SPSB) will take on teammate Sushmita Buruli for the bronze medal tomorrow.
 

In the boys' individual compound section, Aman Saini of Delhi will meet Lenin Oinam of Manipur for the gold medal and Shubham Shete (SSCB) will face Dharmendra of Haryana for the bronze.
