The Jharkhand government is mulling over the idea of imparting training to the school dropouts and making them employable.
"(These) dropout people will be given training at panchayat level. This will (help them) get employment," Chief Minister Raghubar Das said while addressing the 70th Azadi Yaad Karo Kurbani Tiranaga Yatra here.
Das said the yatra was aimed at paying tributes to the martyrs.

Alleging that efforts were being made "to disrupt social harmony", Das appealed to the people to "be united" and work for the development of the state and India.
"Attempts have been made to divide and rule to destroy its (Jharkhand's) proud culture, and attempts were also made to disrupt social harmony," he said.
"One has to keep in mind that one is working as Jharkhandvasi and Bharatvasi, paving the way for development of both the state and the country," he added.
