Jharkhand to set up 3 centres of excellence

In asssociation with Simens Industry Software (India) Private limited and Design Tech System Limited, Jharkhand will set up three centres of excellence and fifteen techincal skill development institutes in the state.

At a state cabinet meeting today, chaired by Chief Minister Raghubar Das, an amount of Rs 198.86 crore was approved for their expenditure towards setting up the centres.

A sum of Rs. 66.286 crore had been approved for release to set up one centre of excellence and five technical skill development institutes in 2016/17.
