The decision was taken at a meeting of Ramban District Development Board under the chairmanship of Revenue, Relief and Rehabilitation minister Raman Bhalla.
The minister said in a bid to ensure transparency at grass root level, the department is distributing revenue passbooks to farmers which contain all records pertaining to their land.
