Jammu and Kashmir police today promoted 121 head constables to the rank of Assistant Sub Inspectors (ASI).
Kashmir IGP Abdul Ghani Mir issued promotion order of the 121 head constables to the rank of ASI, a police spokesman said.
Earlier in April, 140 ASI were promoted to the rank of SI and in May, 487 head constables were promoted to the rank of ASI, he said.
