A group of students from Kashmir who is on a study tour of Mathura and Delhi feels that promoting education will help tackle terrorism in their state.

"Education, and not weapon, will help tame terrorism in Jammu and Kashmir, as terrorists will no more be able to misguide the state's innocent and illiterate masses," Nageena, a student of Class XI (Arts) told reporters here today.

Nagina is among 21 students from Kashmir who have been on a study tour of Agra and Delhi organised by CRPF and social organisation Rahat Ghar.

Safeena, another student, said she was impressed with the hospitality the group received in Mathura. "In future I will work for orphans and disabled," she said.
