Accusing the BJP of indulging in "politics of duplicity", a group of Jammu and Kashmir National Panthers Party (JKNPP) leaders and workers today held a rally here following which many of them were detained by police.
The rally after passing through Jammu city was stopped by policemen deployed at Patnitop on the highway and prevented it from moving to Kashmir.
The workers carrying tricolour in their hands jostled with the police personnel during the Tiranga Rally.
