The Jammu and Kashmir National Panthers Party (JKNPP) will hoist the tricolour in all the district headquarters in the state and organise a mega rally to celebrate the 71st Accession day from October 26.
October 26 is the day when Maharaja Hari Singh signed the instrument of accession of Jammu and Kashmir with India in 1947.
"JKNPP shall hold a public rally in Samba on October 26 to pay tributes to Brig Rajender Singh who hailed from Bagoona and hoist the national flag at all the district headquarters on October 27 to celebrate the 71st Accession day," Party chairman and former minister Harsh Dev Singh told reporters here today.
