Actor Joel McHale has posted on Twitter his sitcom "Community", which wrapped its sixth season in June, is not yet cancelled, after he was quoted saying the show will not return for a seventh part.

McHale previously said the contracts of all the stars had already ended and show is now unaffordable for the makers.

"All of our contracts were up after six years. All the actors on the show, almost without exception-their stock has risen significantly and it's out of the pay rate that is affordable to make the show. There is just not enough money to be able to pay for the show," he said earlier in an interview.

McHale later took to Twitter and posted, "Community" is not cancelled just yet." He also teased a possible "Community" movie.

The show was cancelled last year by NBC after five seasons but it was revived for a 13-episode sixth season by Yahoo.
