Johnny Depp has two days to get Boo and Pistol of Austraia

has been told he has two days to remove his dogs from Australia or they will be put down.

The 51-year-old actor and his wife, Amber Heard, are accused of breaking import laws by not declaring their dogs, Boo and Pistol to customs and brought them into the country illegely by their private jet, reported People magazine.

Australia has strict quarantine laws to prevent the accidental import of animal disease and infections. It requires the dogs to be quarantined for at least 10 days upon entering the country.

Australian Agriculture Minister Barnaby Joyce said the laws applied to everyone.
 

The "Pirates of the Carribean" star has not commented publicly on the matter.
