Johnson & Johnson enters 'Active Kids' personal care space

Baby care products maker Johnson & Johnson has forayed into 'Active Kids' personal care segment, by launching shampoos, targeted at 3 to 10 year olds.

The company has come up with the shampoo in two variants. Johnson's Active Kids range of shampoos priced at Rs 95 and Rs 175 for 100 ml and 200 ml SKUs, respectively, comes with "No More Tears' formula.

"This foray into a growing kid's personal care segment is in line with our core philosophy of bringing the power of science to enable happy healthy growth through clinically proven, products specifically designed for this age group," said Johnson & Johnson Consumer (India) VP Marketing Ganesh Bangalore.
 

It is seeing a "untapped segment between 3 to 10 year olds" and has strong future plans for this range as well.

Zayed Future Energy Prize invites entries * The USD 4 million Zayed Future Energy Prize is open for entries and submissions are invited from eligible Small and Medium Enterprise (SMEs), Non-Profit Organization (NPOs), and Global high schools.

Large corporation and lifetime achievement categories are open to nominations from the public and entries will close on July 6, 2017.

The USD 4 million prize that rewards innovators in the fields of renewable energy and sustainability has now far recognised 57 individuals and organisations since its inception in 2008.
