'Jolly LLB', 'Murder 3' at Shanghai film festival

Subhash Kapoor's courtroom drama 'Jolly LLB' and Randeep Hooda starrer 'Murder 3' are headed to the 16th Shanghai International Film Festival.

The Fox Star Studios' films will be screened in festival's panorama section. China's largest and one of Asia's biggest film festivals on the international circuit, the current edition of SIFF is expected to cater to more than 200,000 Chinese movie lovers apart from international visitors from across the globe.

"We are mighty pleased to get an invitation from the Shanghai International Film Festival. It's an honour that in the 100th year of Indian cinema, we have got a chance to showcase different strands of our cinema at a global platform," Vijay Singh, CEO, Fox Star Studios said in a statement.
 

Starring Arshad Warsi and Boman Irani, 'Jolly LLB' is a comedy and revolves around a small-time lawyer who plans to make it big one day.

While 'Murder 3', directed by Vishesh Bhatt, is an official Bollywood remake of the Colombian thriller 'The Hidden Face'.
