from pole to finish ahead of his compatriots Jon Lancaster and Josh Hill. The three drivers stuck close together throughout the race with Hill unable to find a way past Lancaster to even think of challenging King.
Ashwin Sundar won his third race of the weekend in the MRF FF1600 championship with yet another flawless drive. Last year's Formula LGB F4 champion looked unbeatable as he further stretched his Championship lead.
Vikash Anand came in the second following a race long battle with Ajay Kini, who finished in third place for the third race in a row.
In final race of the day, Conor Daly was crowned MRF F200 International Challenge Champion with a convincing win ahead of Jon Lancaster and Josh Hill. While Conor won the championship, the star of this weekend had to be Josh Hill, son of 1996 F1 Champion Damon Hill.
Hill finished on the podium three times in four races, including a spectacular win in his first ever race at the MMRT.
Indian driver Parth Ghorpade was unfortunate to be punted off into a dramatic flip by young Brazilian driver Gustavo Myasava, but walked away unhurt from the crash.
