Josh Brolin in talks to join 'Jurassic World'

'No Country for Old Men' star Josh Brolin is in talks to join 'Jurrasic World' as one of the leads.

The film, which is the latest installment in Universal's 'Jurassic Park' franchise, is being directed by Colin Trevorrow. No offer has been made at this point, said the Hollywood Reporter.

But if Brolin boards the project, he will join a growing cast of Bryce Dallas Howard, Nick Robinson and Ty Simpkins.

Frank Marshall and Pat Crowley are producing. Steven Spielberg is executive producing the film while screenplay was written by Trevorrow and Derek Connolly.

The movie is expected to shoot in Hawaii in early 2014 for a June 12, 2015, release date.
