Senior BJP leader Murli Manohar Joshi today pointed out to a mistake in the agenda papers of the Lok Sabha and described it as a violation of a constitutional provision relating to business of House.

As soon as the House met for the day, Joshi rose to say that while the revised agenda papers in English say today is Tuesday, the one in Hindi mentions the day as 'guruvar' or Thursday.

He said such mistakes have happened in the past too and he feels saddened that they continue to take place.

He said the mistake is violative of Article 120 of the Constitution regarding language to be used in House proceedings.

Speaker Sumitra Mahajan said she agrees that it was a mistake and will see how it happened.
