Barring a fall in jowar prices due to low demand, other grains including wheat and rice basmati held steady on the wholesale grains market here today.
Traders said adequate stocks position against subdued demand from stockists mainly led to the fall in jowar prices.
In the national capital, jowar yellow fell by Rs 50 to Rs 1,400-1,420 per quintal.
