It would be implemented during the forthcoming domestic season of JSCA, Singh said.
Meanwhile, JSCA has suspended 12 cricketers for a period of one year for producing fake age certificates.
During the inter-district Under-16 and 14 tournament, Singh said, JSCA had found out that 12 players participating in these tournaments were over aged and subsequently suspended them for one-year following a re-verification of the certificates.
The suspended cricketers were from Ranchi, three each from Jamshedpur (East Singhbhum) and Chaibasa (West Singhbhum), one each from Dumka and Jamtara districts.
Referring to the domestic matches to be hosted by JSCA in the forthcoming season, Singh said the state cricket association will conduct altogether 522 matches (311 matches of Inter-district tournaments including Jamshedpur league and 211 matches of schools and clubs).
Asked about the total budget to host over 500 matches, Singh said the figure would around Rs 1.5 crore.
