Jharkhand State Table Tennis Association has taken the initiative to launch 'one million players by 2020' campaign, JSTTA said here today.
"We have recently received the proposal to launch the project ''One million players by 2020'', to which we have agreed," said Jai Kumar Sinha, General Secretary of JSTTA.
Sinha, who was in the steel city in connection with the 2nd Jharkhand State Ranking Table Tennis Championship recently, said the objective of the campaign was to groom future players as well as to promote table tennis in the state.

Based on the response to the campaign, Sinha said the TTFI would send coaches and provide assistance to make the campaign a success in the state, Sinha said.
"We are trying to involve as many students and youths as possible from across the state", he said.
