Drug firm Jubilant Life Sciences on Friday said it has raised Rs 40 crore through issuance of commercial papers.
"The company has issued commercial papers of Rs 40 crore on August 2, 2019," Jubilant Life Sciences said in a regulatory filing.
The tenure of the instrument is 35 days and the commercial papers are not proposed to be listed, it added.
Shares of Jubilant Life Sciences closed at Rs 433.05 per scrip on BSE, down 1.39 per cent from its previous close.
