Hollywood star Jude Law is in talks to play the villain in Guy Ritchie's King Arthur film 'Knights of the Round Table'.
The Warner Bros and Village Roadshow project will be a reunion for Law, 41, and Ritchie, who worked together on 'Sherlock Holmes' and sequel 'Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows', reported Variety.
'Sons of Anarchy' star Charlie Hunnam is starring in the film as King Arthur. 'The Sea Wall' actress Astrid Berges-Frisbey will play Guinevere, Queen consort of King Arthur in the Arthurian Legend.

Ritchie is directing from a script by Joby Harold, and the film is the first of a series, which is set to have six instalments. It is unknown whether Law would be appearing in one movie or play a villain throughout the course of the franchise.
The film has a release date of July 22, 2016.
Lionel Wigram, Akiva Goldsman, Tory Tunnell, Harold and Ritchie are producing. Niija Kuykendall and Cate Adams are overseeing for the studio.
