Judicial custody of Indian Mujahideen terrorist extended

The judicial custody of arrested Indian Mujahideen terrorist Saleem Patla, arrested in a cheating case, has been extended to November 28.

Patla was today produced before Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Sunder Lal, who extended his judicial custody.

He was arrested in Khatoli after he was booked in the case on October 31. He was brought from jail and produced in the court here for remand.

Patla was also involved in an attack on a PAC camp in Meerut in 1992.

The Meerut police has also served a warrant against him in connection with the case.
