With the presence of large number of newsmen in and around the court of Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Vinod Yadav, the news of Jundal's production spread fast, catching the interest of one and all at the court complex.

As Jundal was brought to the court at 3.30 pm by the Delhi Police, the camera persons jostled for a perfect click and even the advocates and litigants present at the scene clicked him with their mobile phones.

Dressed in a white kurta-pyjama, with his face muffled, Jundal, a little over five feet three, was rushed to an overcrowded court which was to decide who out of different probe agencies vying for his custody, should be given his remand.

A large posse of armed policemen waited outside the courtroom guarding it.

After the judge remanded Jundal to Special Cell's custody for further 15 days, the security personnel kept him in the courtroom for quiet some time to avoid large bunch of cameras waiting outside.
