Rakesh Saini was caught taking the bribe from Deepak Chaudhary, a resident of Ballabgarh at Faridabad, to approve his electricity meter connection, an official release said.
A case has been registered against Saini under the provisions of the Prevention of Corruption Act in the Bureau's Police Station at Gurgaon.
