The photographer has accused Bieber of beating him up when he tried to take his picture. The 18-year-old 'Baby' hitmaker was in a mall called the Commons where the brawl took place, reported TMZ online.
The photographer complained of pain in his upper torso, an ambulance was summoned and he was taken to a local hospital where he was examined and released a short time later.
He filed a police report naming Bieber as the culprit. Cops are investigating the incident as a misdemeanour battery.
Witnesses at the mall say the photographer had been blocking Bieber's car as the singer was trying to leave. The singer then got out of the car and asked the guy to move away but he wouldn't, and a scuffle ensued.
