Bieber reportedly reached out to police following the speed incident - because the photographer in question had been extremely aggressive on the road.
Bieber was pulled over by the cops, citing him for speeding -- and it is said that the 'Baby' hitmaker filed the complaint, giving police the offending photographers license plate number.
