The 18-year-old pop star made his first foray into cinemas last year with his documentary film "Justin Bieber: Never Say Never" and he has since been tapped to star in a new basketball-themed movie along with Mark Wahlberg, reported Daily Star.
"I'm still working on this movie. I don't know what the deal is. Turns out they're (movie bosses) rewriting the script or something, trying to make it fit better and stuff... It's really cool," he said.
Bieber also said that he has plenty of training to do before filming starts.
"I got to get back in the gym. I haven't played basketball in a while."
