The 18-year-old singer had earlier said that his new album 'Believe' is going to be a complete step up from his previous tracks and a host of potential collaborators are helping him to push himself onto new heights, reported Contactmusic.
One of the collaborators is said to be West after Bieber's bodyguard Kenny Hamilton reported that the pair had been working together.
"Putting the finishing touches on the album and it's gonna be special!" Hamilton posted on his Twitter page about Bieber's album. He also posted a link to a picture of Bieber and West together along with the post. PTI AYM BB
