Tata Group hospitality arm Indian Hotels Company today said K B Dadiseth has resigned as independent director of the company.
"K B Dadiseth has resigned as an independent director of the company with effect from April 7, 2017," Indian Hotels Company Ltd (IHCL) said in a filing to BSE.
Dadiseth was one of the six independent directors, including Nadir Godrej, Deepak Parekh, Ireena Vittal, Gautam Banerjee and Vibha Paul Rishi, who had reposed faith in Cyrus Mistry's leadership in the company in November last year.

This support came even after Mistry was removed as chairman of Tata Sons.
Shares of Indian Hotels Company today closed at Rs 128.95 on BSE, down 0.77 per cent from previous close.
