The meeting, however, postponed election of the leader of the BJP Legislature Party (BJPLP) as Union minister Prakash Javadekar, who has been appointed as the party observer to oversee the election, could not be available for today's sitting.
"As Javadekar being a Union Minister is busy in attending Parliament proceedings, he was not available on Wednesday. The leader of BJP in the Assembly would be declared after Javedkar's visit," said Sajjan Sharma, BJP spokesperson.
