Singer Kailash Kher has come up with a special song called 'Sachin Anthem' to pay his tribute to the master blaster Sachin Tendulkar, who would bid adieu to cricket after his 200th test match against the West Indies from November 14 to 18.

The 39-year-old singer, who is known for hits like 'Teri Deewani', 'Tauba Tauba' and 'Ya Rabba' among others, considers Sachin on in millions.

"The world has many good people but some are rare. I was impressed by the spirit of his (Sachin) game. It has been named 'Sachin Anthem' because this was the most apt name we could come up with. This is my tribute to Sachin. This song talks about the glory of master blaster and explain why he is the pride of the nation," Kher told PTI in an interview.

The song can be heard online on the singer's website.

Even though fans are sad about the retirement of the batting legend, Kailash is optimistic that this may give him a chance to collaborate with Sachin.

"After retirement I would request him (Sachin) to sing with me some day. It will be fun. He has made remarkable records in cricket. So it will be great to get him involved in few other things. I want to collaborate with him," Kher said.

"We have sent him 'Sachin Anthem' and he was happy about the song," he said, adding the song would be available for free download for a month.
