Dasanglu Pul, wife of former chief minister Kalikho Pul, was among the four candidates who filed their nominations today for the November 19 by-polls to the Hayuliang Assembly constituency in Anjaw district of Arunachal Pradesh.
On the last date of filing papers, Dasanglu filed her nomination from BJP, while Lupalum Kri filed his papers as a Congress candidate, state deputy chief electoral officer D J Bhattacharjee said in a release.
Dasanglu, wife of former Chief Minister Kalikho Pul, is the consensus candidate of North East Democratic Alliance (NEDA), in which BJP and Peoples' Party of Arunachal (PPA) are partners.

Scrutiny of papers would be done tomorrow and the last date of withdrawal of candidature is November 5.
Counting of votes would be done on November 22.
The seat fall vacant after the death of Kalikho Pul, who had allegedly committed suicide on August 9.
The constituency, with a total electorate of 11,003, including 5,508 female voters, has 81 polling stations of which three - Kibitho, Aphumna and Taflagam are situated near the international border with China.
The highest number of voters are in Hayuliang polling station with 955 listed voters, while the Malogam polling station has only two voters.
The Election Commission has appointed one general observer and one expenditure observer for the by-election.
The Model Code of Conduct has been strictly enforced in the district and till date an amount of Rs three lakh, opium and several Indian Made Foreign Liquor bottles have been seized, the release said, adding, four check points have been set up in the district to conduct free and fair polls.
