Hollywood star couple Kanye West and Kim Kardashian have named their new LA home after Highclere Castle, where exterior shots of TV show 'Downtown Abbey' are captured.
The couple is a fan of the period drama series and wanted their new house to mimic the property's opulence, reported Contactmusic.
Kardashian, 34, and West, 37, have been constructing their new 1,050 sq ft home for several months and will finish off the property by erecting a sign proudly declaring the house's name.
"He (Kanye) wants the home to resemble Downton in its grandeur and 'regalness' and there will be a sign naming it Highclere Castle," a source said.
