: The Karthigai festival at the famous Sri Meenakshi Amman temple here will be held from tomorrow to 28.
During the festival "Golden Chariot procession"and "Celestial wedding",by Upayadars(those who pay money for performing the ceremony) will not be held,temple sources said.
One lakh 'Karthigai deepams' will be lit on nov 25 in the temple premises, it said.
