"Hurriyat, Separatists and Militants forced KPs out of the valley by killing KPs, creating fear psychosis among them by triggering militancy in valley. They converted Kashmir into Islamic state from secular state.
Now they are standing like a rock against our return to Kashmir. They are exposed in the word for being communal", Koul told reporters here today.
Not only this, Chief Minister Mufti Sayeed also succumbed to their pressure and took a U-turn on the townships for KPs settlement in Kashmir, he said adding that mainstream political parties like NC and PDP are no different for separatists in opposing the KPs return to clusters.
"See separate colonies have been created for Dal lake dwellers in Srinagar. Separate habitations of Muslims have come up in Jammu like Bhatindi, Sidhra etc", he said.
Hitting out at Engineer Rasheed for his remarks that KPs should tender apology for leaving Kashmir, he said that he is symbol of sick mentality and such people should be put behind bars.
