The media was not allowed as the proceedings were in camera. One of the accused was not present at the court.
The accused were produced before judge S Vijaykumar. The court had on February 9 had framed charges against the accused in the case.
The accused have been charged with anti-national activities, waging war against the nation, possession of weapons and acts of sabotage.
There are 24 accused, including four Keralites killed in Kashmir, in the case.
According to the charge sheet, the youths recruited in 2006 were given arms training to wage war against India.
