Actress-singer Kat Graham has put her Cahuenga Canyon compound on sale for USD 1.3 million.
"The Vampire Diaries" star had bought the estate for USD 8,49,000 in 2012. It has two bedrooms and two baths and the house measures 2,174 square feet and includes a meditation room, den and recording studio, reported PageSix.
There is also a tranquil stone courtyard with a fountain and bench.
The Spanish-style home was built in 1927 and has since been remodeled, with the original architecture intact.
On the work front, Graham is currently promoting her latest single, the pop dance number "All Your Love.
