Kathmandu to host 3 day Indian trade expo

Around 60 Indian companies will showcase their products and services at a three day exposition and buyer-seller meet here this week.

Indian companies representing electrical equipment and energy sector will participate in the trade fair organised by Indian Chamber of Commerce (ICC). The expo is schdelued to take place from December 20 to 22 at Bhrikutimandap Exhibition Hall here.

Union Minister for New and Renewable Energy Dr Farooq Abdullah is expected at the inaugural ceremony, a press release said.

During the trade exposition, a conference will be organised to discuss various issues pertaining to bilateral cooperation in the energy sector.
