And sources say Holmes, who has a daughter, Suri, with the "Top Gun" star, was far from amused at the news of him already pursuing another woman.
"Katie's jaw hit the floor when she read about Tom's wild night. She was pretty shocked by it and certainly wasn't happy at all.
"Suri is at a very vulnerable phase in her development where she totally idolizes Tom. To bring another woman into the picture is going to be bad for Suri and Tom's relationship," a source said.
